Our Active Aging & Independence Support services are designed to enhance quality of life through meaningful companionship, light assistance around the home, and activities that support both physical and cognitive well-being. We do this through a combination of therapeutic exercise for balance control and activities of daily living, assistance with small house tasks, encouragement, health monitoring and last but not least, motivation. This service can be in your home, care facility or independent living. Yes, we are fully mobile. We will come to your personal residence, workplace, care home, local gym or pool, and more! You also always have the option to book an appointment in our clinic at 150-1913 Sooke Rd.
We bring everything to create the same experience you would have visiting our physical clinic location. All we require from you is a safe and clean space to set up and access to a sink for us to wash our hands.
Yes, all members of our team are registered in the province of British Columbia and meet stringent educational and regulatory requirements. Kinesiology in British Columbia is regulated by the BC Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK), and physiotherapy is the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC).

After you secure a date and time with your practitioner, you'll receive a few emails from our online booking system and client portal software, Jane App. Please ensure your login and profile are setup and intake form is completed prior to your session so that your therapist can deliver the best experience possible and maximize your active treatment time.
