SERVICE Overview

Hydrotherapy offers a gentler alternative to land-based rehabilitation, making movement easier and more comfortable for those with pain, stiffness, or limited mobility. The buoyancy of water reduces the pressure on joints, while its resistance helps build strength, flexibility, and balance without the same strain experienced on land. It’s a highly effective option for individuals who may struggle with traditional physiotherapy or are looking for a supportive environment to heal and stay active.

Injuries and Conditions We Support
  • Joint pain, stiffness, or inflammation from arthritis
  • Limited mobility or flexibility
  • Mobility issues or difficulty with balance and coordination
  • Recovery from surgery, including hip, knee, or spine procedures
  • Chronic conditions like fibromyalgia, MS, or Parkinson’s
  • Difficulty with balance, gait, or coordination

  • Pain that worsens with weight-bearing exercises
  • Neurological or orthopedic conditions requiring gentle rehab
